These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and six6as governing all use of our online casino, sportsbook, and gaming services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the six6as platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

- Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on six6as. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using third-party identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion period, whether requested through six6as or through any associated responsible gaming programme. Players under self-exclusion who attempt to create a new account will have that account immediately closed.
- Own Funds: You must only use funds that belong to you for deposits and wagers on six6as. Use of stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities where required.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
six6as processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals — where the payment account belongs to a different individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account reviewed for potential suspension.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any given day are processed within the same calendar day for bKash and Nagad. Requests submitted after this cut-off, or during periods of high transaction volume, may be processed on the following business day. six6as does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which six6as bears no responsibility.
- Withdrawal Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, six6as may require identity verification (KYC). Ensure your account details are accurate and your KYC documents are up to date to avoid delays.
- Bonus Wagering: Withdrawals made while an active bonus is applied to your account are subject to the bonus wagering requirements detailed in Section 05. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
- Suspicious Transactions: six6as reserves the right to delay, hold, or reverse any transaction that is flagged by our fraud detection systems as potentially suspicious, pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address.
Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by six6as unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:
- One Bonus Per Player: Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through new or duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated winnings being voided and the account being suspended.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal can be requested. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.
- Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of each qualifying wager. Slot games generally contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
- Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per single wager is ৳2,000 (or the equivalent stake on sports betting markets). Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at six6as's discretion.
- Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire according to the validity period stated in each promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated or re-credited under any circumstances.
- VIP Programme Rewards: Cashback and rewards earned through the six6as VIP Loyalty Programme (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond tiers) are subject to their own programme-specific terms and are generally credited with reduced or zero wagering requirements as a loyalty benefit.
⚠ Bonus Abuse: six6as employs automated systems and manual review to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk matched betting designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, collusion between multiple accounts to exploit referral or promotional structures, and systematic exploitation of bonus terms through calculated low-variance play. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus-derived winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All sports bets placed on six6as — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers ODI and Test matches, football, kabaddi, and all other available sports — are governed by the specific rules published in the sports betting section of the platform, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that bet.
- Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by six6as. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, or suspicious betting patterns.
- Odds Changes: Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet slip reference number issued, the odds are locked in at the rate shown at the time of acceptance.
- Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment (subject to specific sport rules), technical platform errors resulting in incorrect odds, or where six6as determines that a bet was placed using information not available to the general public (insider knowledge).
- Casino Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers. six6as does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published in each game's information section.
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stakes for sports betting and casino games are displayed within the game or market interface. These limits may vary by game, market, player account tier, and whether an active bonus is applied to the account.
- Disconnection During Play: If your internet connection is lost during an active game round or live sports bet, six6as systems will continue to process the round or wager according to standard game rules. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
six6as maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest behaviour on the platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may be reported to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities where applicable. The following activities are strictly prohibited on six6as:
- Registering more than one account per individual (including use of different email addresses, payment accounts, or identity details to circumvent the single-account rule)
- Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained funds to make deposits
- Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on six6as
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the casino platform without the prior written consent of six6as
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, system glitches, or incorrect odds for financial gain (commonly referred to as "arbing" or "gnoming")
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, whether directly or indirectly
- Colluding with other players in live poker, live dealer table games, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward six6as support staff or other platform users via any communication channel
⚠ Fraud Detection: six6as employs advanced fraud detection technology that monitors all account activity, transaction patterns, and betting behaviour in real time. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending review. Players under investigation will be notified via their registered email address. six6as will cooperate fully with law enforcement and financial regulatory bodies in Bangladesh in cases involving suspected criminal activity.
Account Suspension & Closure
six6as reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe
- Discovery that the registered player is under 18 years of age
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials
- At the player's own written request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion)
- Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant)
Upon permanent account closure for reasons other than player-initiated self-exclusion, any remaining real-money balance in the account (i.e., funds not derived from bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, provided that identity verification has been completed and no fraud investigation is ongoing.

Dormant Account Policy: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. six6as may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month inactivity period, deducted from any remaining account balance. Players will be notified via email before any such deduction is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period expires will be closed automatically.
These Terms & Conditions represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and six6as regarding your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by six6as to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
